Do we really think that if a Pakistani was seconded to the PLA, they or Pakistan would expose them to the media taking pictures or even worse their own military public relations publishing pictures of foreign troops in their ranks? As other members have rightly pointed out, China is a vast country with recruitment from all regions. There are Chinese that look different from the typical Han.

What is of benefit to China is to send their officers and men to our NDU/Staff Colleges and to special to arms schools like the High Altitude Mountain Warfare School at Khapalu etc. and that too if the Chinese feel they need that training.

My own take is that Chinese will need to be bloodied and learn first hand and then adapt. Initially they may even suffer reverses at the hands of the Indians but they will learn quickly.
