im sorry - but pakistani military general staff leadership thinking is like a giant battleship at sea, slow to change course in a turbulent storm

shiny VT4's and SP guns (for a conventional war with india which is not happening anytime soon) are useless when we have foot soldiers getting hammered in Baluchistan

the brass at top has to modernize the PA thinking asap ( im talking overall doctrine / not weapons, that is something what makes PA world class)

size doesnt matter anymore ,this is the age of contractor armies ( PMC wagner / xe corp) doing the foot work and gerasimov doctrine doing the rest

Lets try to understand military on military forum



Terrorist attacks are not happening in vacuum.....They are killing us and we are killing them. And we are more successful than them. The local Army Commander or LEAs might be facing difficulties in executing their strategies or one may slip when performing the duty but that doesn't mean whole Army has failed. The whole chain of command of Army has many humans involved and naturally everyone interprets situation differently.

conventional war = enemy lobs a mortar at you , his mortar pit becomes a legit target

enemy AF strike your area, his air base becomes a legit target
