What's new

Thank you Gen. Bajwa, should i say

Bravo!. Nawaz should have u as his lawyer in SC. Apparently his legal team was unable to come up with the solid defence that you presented here.
:-) remember the NRO made by Musharraf. Nawaz passed this law of 5 year policy and created an NRO. why do you think he went to court so easily?
Where did I said bring IK in his place?
Even if Nawaz goes they can still have a PM from N-leauge as they have majority in NA.
HAhahaha N-league trust me Nawaz is better than the rest of PMLN. I loved PTI when it came but now there is a little difference left.

I dont like the new name, the old one was better
I will give this one to you. Agreed.

Still do you find anything good in our own army as of all your posts i found nothing in favor,
the words reflect the characters, so i was just guessing ...

Yes Karachi operation gave some good results.
Operation Zarb-e-Azb especially when it kicked into overdrive after APS when it was decided that there will be no good and bad Taliban. Just terrorists.
When during his initial start of term Raheel Shareef met Afghan President and tried to engage Afghanistan.
When he denied sending out Pak troops to be sacrificed in Yemen.

Bro, there is nothing perfect. when people say PA is all hunky and dory and all perfect. That's when I try to reason with them.

True that none of us are perfect and so does the PA but the reason I asked for, whatever the post i read of yours was giving me a smell that's it. and yes I do not go blindly on everything and agree what is told to us but they deserve a little more credit from us protecting our borders and securing our daily life as it is so that you and I can write on this forum

Gen.Bajwa has come out of Hibernation, He'll be Fierce, His recent actions shows, Fed Govt tried to double cross Military on extension of Mil Courts, Gen.Bajwa & his team made sure Shoot at Sight order be implemented by Rangers, Intel Agencies...
I have full confidence on the fact that Op Radd ul Fasaad would be the final nail in the coffin for Facilitators of Terrorism, Punjab Ops, & Implementing unfinished agenda of NAP...

Internal security is not the responsibility of the army, by doing that they are going beyond the call of duty, dont you think they deserve praise??

The only thing standing between Pakistan becoming another Syria is Pakistan Army.

My mother was a historian, she always used to say that we Muslims are "Hero Slayers" and that Quaid-e-Azam was lucky he dis not live long after partition otherwise we would have made him a villain as well, this is what you are doing.
Oh save this sob story for someone else. YOu need to take those ultra nationalist shades off to see what i am saying. I do not need to make a villein out of anyone specially when they do it themselves anyway. Stop treating army as some holy cow when they are not.

You are making it sound like being a nationalist is a bad thing, should my loyalties lie with India? May be this is how i was brought up.

Army is the most efficient, organized and trust worthy institution in Pakistan, they are doing better then all civil institutions combined that includes judiciary and yes i believe that they are the most loyal and patriotic of all Pakistanis because commitment to give up your life for your country does not come for a salary. Now don't come with the argument of "flan" General did this and "flan" General did that because actions of individuals do not ascribe to an institution.

No I am not. I am only asking to start calling spade a spade. This holier than thou attitude is what pushing Pakistan backwards.

Than this should had been resembled in your thread where you said Thank you Gen Bajwa, it should had been thank you Pak Army. Follow your own advice first.

Yes of course, but then you should start by calling the political lot corrupt. It is not the army that has pushed Pakistan backwards, it is the, quoting you, "holier than thou" political figures who are working on their own agenda rather than doing something for their country.

Like i said, i wanted the title to be "Thank you Gen. Bajwa, or should i say Thank you Pakistan Army" but i pressed the post button and then i couldn't revise the title. I started this thread for those who were saying that Pakistan is back to square one after Gen. Raheel left. I wanted to prove that it was not Gen. Raheel alone, the core team is the same who have the same philosophy of ensuring Pakistan is rid of all terrorism and make CPEC a success and even when this team retires, next ones in line will be following the same path.

I wouldnt even start at the political figures because that endangers the so called sham of a democracy we have. However in a country like Pakistan where military is an equal stake holder in power, that makes them equally responsible. After news was leaked from the PM house which lead to dawn leaks, why did the military chose to remain quiet about it and not do anything to peruse it and bring the culprits to justice. The case is further pushed down after Bajwa came to power. So forgive me if i dont buy this whole argument.
You are entitled to your opinion so i am not going to drag this any further. Lets leave it at that.
