Its not about strong or not strong or in secure, when comes to politics you need to look for facts from sources you analyze then from that you can predict further of diplomatic move of country. Let me guess you dont have any sort of study in political science or proper military training. You dont need to listen to anyone form any side, you dont need to convince them or have them agree with you, what you need is the ability to analyse sources and independently-> this is basic political science to separate facts from fictions.
