That's for the American fighters, so let's say without a/b you lose .8 (just throwing that out there for examples sake) then it would look something like:

F-15 1.7+
F-111 1.7
F-14 1.4
F-16 1.2
F-18 1.0"

Without AB all these aircraft only do mach 0.9.

F35 isnt made in Turkey. Turkey has just started imaging.
We dont have own jet engine like PW135 which can gives120kn max 180kn.
(PW135 engine diameter 120cm and weights 1800kg.)

Eurojet engine less powerfull then pw135 but weights less then pw135.
Eurojet EJ200 weights 990kg and has 70cm diameter.
Two EJ200 engines weight as same as one pw135 engine .

Eurorfighter is a not bad fighter.
Europe has produced own airsuprioty fighter with european engine.
The Eurofighter has a not bad range.
For example f-15 has two engines which are as same as EF.
F-15 PW f100 engine 65kn- max105kn= weights 1500kg and 120cm diameter
EF EJ2000 engine 60kn -max 90kn =weights 990 and 70cm diameter.
EJ engines are very compact and smart.
EF has range 2900km.
If TFX had a range as EF, i would be delighted

Old Turkish Phantom's were capable to strike Moskva.
It was planned as a one way ticket.
But our thread here is not striking Moskva, there was already a fanboy attack 1987 from Mathew Rust .
He landed on Russian hearts square with a Cessna and showed how vulnerable they were or are.
There are rumors that Turkish Fighter will be a twin engine air superiority fighter. No new details announced.
All depends on economic and finance developments in Turkey.
Maybe, they will concentrate on advanced UCAV' s.
SSM announced that future vehicles will be super maneuverable exceeding 10+ G
and piloted vehicle can't fly that G-force.

I dont trust you

Unstealth figters for example f16, their fuel capacity and range can be increaesed.
TF-X is going to be stealth, TFX wont have external or extended fuel tanks like the F-16.
So it means: if TFX were with one EJ engine , TFX would have a limited maneuvrability and range like Saab Gripen.
If TFX were with two EJ engine, TFX could reach maneurability of F15.
Only range is not problem. There is a lot of factors which are effect to manevraublilty.
More fuel capacity gives opportunity to long flight times without refuelling.
If you have a a lot of fuel , you shouldnt fly so far Someone can catch you there.

Turkey had and has always Plan A-B-.....C ( C for chess) ,
casualties are not important for us, if we will be martyrs for our country.
Most Turkish Special Forces studied "Samurai Codecs". ???????

Before we got twin engine F-4 , we were capable to strike with our F-100 Sabres.
That's are reason for a lot of them were refurbished and mothballed.

The engine that will be used on the TFX will be an improved version of the EJ200,at least 20% in all categories,so lets wait and see.
