They were the first one to get the offer of truce and returning back to Pakistan in the year 2015 or 2016, some of them mostly foot soldiers accepted the offer and hundred of them (from Baloch militant groups) surrender their weapon and pledge their allegiance to the state of Pakistan.

Those who refused were mostly from higher and mid tier leadership and now meeting their eventual fate.

You can not blame State for the choice they made for themselves and for their family.
