Does the West Bank have any restrictions or banned goods?
If not i wonder why not?

There are 3 major differences between Gaza and West Bank:

1) Gaza is fully controlled by Hamas. West Bank is semi occupied by Israel.
2) Gaza is controlled by Hamas, which does not recognize Israel's right to exist and openly supports murder of Israeli civilians, West Bank controlled by Fatah, that cooperates with Israel.
3) Gaza borders Egypt, in West Bank all border crossings are controlled by Israel.

So basically Israel has full right not supply ANYTHING to Gaza.

Turkey was the Only country who dont see Israel as a occupying forces on the Region.
