KARACHI/LAHORE: Police have captured 14 terror suspects from various parts of Karachi and Lahore on Wednesday.

Police foiled a terror bid in Karachi and arrested five terror suspects with large quantity of arms and ammunition.

“The arrested terror suspects are members of the outlawed terrorist outfit Lashkar-e-Jhangvi,” Karachi Police chief Waseem Ahmed told media in a press conference.

The terror suspects have been identified as Akbar, Sarfaraz, Noor Mohammed, Khalil Ahmed and Qaisar Sheikh and police have arrested them from various localities of the city in raids.

Meanwhile, Lahore police have also arrested nine terror suspects including four foreign nationals from various parts of the city today.

Police arrests Indian, four others in Sihala

RAWALPINDI: Police arrested four more suspects in Sihala on Friday, after an Indian national arrested earlier in the day confessed to planning an attack on Police College Sihala, DawnNews reported.

Interrogation of the four arrested was underway. They were seized on a tip off by the arrested Indian.

The earlier arrest was made in the jurisdiction of Police College Sihala, near Rawalpindi, DawnNews reported.

He was arrested on suspicion after being seen in the area, officials said.

An investigation team has been set up to question him, Deputy Inspector General of Police and commandant of the college Fateh Sher Joyia told DawnNews.

However, sources said the alleged Indian spy admitted that he and others were planning terror attacks on Police College Sihala, DawnNews reported.

The alleged spy has been handed over to secret agencies for further investigation, sources told DawnNews.

Officials declined to give the name and other information on the Indian saying details could be shared only after the investigation process has been completed.

However the DIG confirmed that maps of important Pakistani cities along with some phone numbers were recovered from his possession.

The Indian was wearing five thick shirts and a belt, a police official said.

. . .
'five thick shirts and a belt' only? what about the patloon????:lol:

That sounds like a dry run before the actual thing, the thick shirts and belt may have been to simulate a IED vest and perhaps they were checking the vigillance of the security forces and public in the area.

I really dont see whats funny about it. Too hard to swallow when Indian's are apprehended, had this been a Pakistani you would have written a thesis on the affair.

. . .
Well lets see where this investigation goes..!!! There was one Mr. Shukla arrested earlier.. any news on him?????

And so he is a terrorist, and that too Indian. LMAO!. So if anyone in the world dares to wear 5 thick shirts in subcontinental temperatures, he is an Indian and he is involved in Lahore attacks. Now thats some logic.
