Hiring staff is same, you can apply for government run school also, why don't Hindu's apply for Muslim run Madrasa. And the answer is because it relates to a certain religion people don't like to relate to it because it goes against their own belief.

....so what you are claiming is that Hindu unemployed youths prefer unemployment and starvation than work for Muslim or Christian management schools.

Funny they don't seem to feel this when they are eating beef.

Because Christians have a close knit community where Christians fund their own schools, we don't discourage people from attending them, but as the name states, these are Christian schools, so there will be practices that will be against the value of some people. People are free to choose if they wish to attend a Christian school or a government run school. But they choose Christian run, because lets face majority of government run school are in abysmal condition.

My Cousin Brother had studied in a Christian School,According to him nothing was bad Folks were nice & never he felt that his Religious Feelings were hurt & keep in mind we are talking about a dude who does puja 3 times a day.Relgious Idiots are every where no need to Genralise

school is in erumeli(kottayam district)..kottayam district has second highest Christian population in India..about 45% are Christians there..so you could see more Christians here and there in the district.

Secularism or sickularism is the new term on the block that define the "secular" policies or vote bank policies of parties like the TMC, INC, SP and the one's in Kerala who favor the one particular sick minority over the majority or other minorities because this particular violent minority forms a major vote bank owing to the only ability of producing more children than all other minorities and majority combined.

The word secularism and the real meaning has been effed especially in India by the parties mentioned above because they only follow a particular minority appeasement policy and nothing else.
