You are certainly right about India's bullying of its weaker neighbors. But, floods are caused not by Modi/ Mamata. It is a natural phenomenon that no one can stop. Something like a cyclone cannot be stopped.
BD politicians use this Teesta flood to bash India that pleases our ignorant population, and in the meantime, our non-standard politicians do not take measures to channelize the excess water by constructing DIKES/ DYKES to raise the two banks of the river, and build related facilities like sluice gates and others.
Very strange that our Hasina Bibi has undertaken a Teesta Beautification Project, instead.
