What sort of future? The same future I saw thirty years ago is the present now. And the future we can see 10, 20 or 30 years from now will be worse still, as I keep mentioning (and keep paying the price for saying the blunt truth).
Waiting for a messiah is a choice. Or trusting one's own hard work. A choice. Not paying heed to those who speak up is also a choice.
Oh well when you don't learn from history, you keep repeating it. There was a European ambassador, I don't remember from which country. He said something about this country drifting from bad to worse, in the sixties, thats when this country was, at its peak. Imagine.
People aren't interested in acknowledging the nature and extent of the problem let alone devise a strategy to tackle it. Just give them feel-good arguments, posts and articles. Most of the time and most of them, twist the facts and narrative to divert blame from the actual culprits. Conspiracy theories, wild guessing e.t.c are preferred, even when clear facts are visible. And we have a very bad national habit of attacking the messengers, instead of the message, which accomplishes nothing of course. Except for causing an increase in entropy (disorder). Why waste time in calling names or abusing or personal attacks, when its more constructively spent in debunking arguments, refuting or accepting the facts or acknowledging a problem? Por Que?
