Why would a target killer gun down a simple policeman? A target killer takes risk only because he is paid handsomely to target some high profile individual. Media can be manipulative and hence we can't rule out that it can be a case of oppressed Baloch retaliating against occupying force? Highly probable, lets hope investigation is fair and unbiased.

Quetta is capital of Balochistan and Peshawar is capital of KPK province and no there are no "Opressed" Baloch's.
