My sis-in-law is a Tamilian married to a Bengali, she is a Madurian, the epitome of Tamil culture. Her dad was in politics and affiliated to DMK. Many times I went to her native. Never got the feeling they have a non Indian something. Even there was a village nearby where at least one people from each family went to army. Don't believe in everything over internet.

Not direct ancestors. They mixed with the existing Australian aboriginals, bringing some metallurgy and food and dogs with them.

Looking at these articles where Indians are making absurd claims and twisting history, i remember what the Nazis did before WW2. Similar twisted propaganda of their supremacy was fed to German people, resulting in much bloodshed and Historic humiliation.

What most people get confused with, not just you guys but also some of our North Indian brothers is all South Indians speak pretty much the same language with different dialects but in reality, Telugu/Tamil/Kannada/Malayalam are 4 distinctively different languages and vary from each other as much as Chinese and Spanish.

There maybe a few common words here and there but they're negligible and most people still end up conversing in Hindi or English while speaking to a person from another state

Thats why I was laughing. He spelled correctly, its Kannada, the language of Karnataka. There are lot of joks where people confuse it with Canada. I think you have realized it by now.
In my post why I mentioned DMK, they are the flag bearers of Perier ideology. That ideology demands a separate autonomous region for Tamil Nadu. But that's the time of 50's. Now there are fringe elements who dispute jumps now and then because of wrong policies of Delhi.

Not sure how closely Mallus understand Tamil but I'm aware their script is quite similar just like how Telugu and Kannada are. I'm Telugu and even though I can read Kannada a lil bit, the meanings of their words are entirely different from ours. I can understand Tamil better but that maybe because a part of my extended family has Tamil lineage

Whatever fits your version but we believe in the concept of "Unity in Diversity" which has worked very well so far and we're able to do well than most homogeneous countries

Anyway, the Op is a troll who is not even South Indian as one member suggested. still, tamils are not aa monolithic block. There are some tamils who do genuinely wajt a tamil homeland, and many more have legitemate grievances with the Indian gov. However, those people are in the minority. With that being said, it is confirmed that Austrailian aboriginals originally came from india. if you look at se india's geographic proximity to se asia and australia, it makes the most sense that they originated from se india. I have already posted a picture of the tribe onsidered closest to australian aboriginals.
