Quetta shora was possibly the name given to Taliban high command, which fled just after attack.
They could be in Quetta or anywhere in Pakistan as there was no border control.
But now, after failures of new corrupt Afghan government, they don't need to hide anywhere else. They control big area in Afghanistan.
