it doesn't matter, if they have 0.1% doubt that it might result in Innocent loss of life than they should have avoided it , Allah says clearly in Quran , Kill one Innocent human being , and it is like killing whole of Humanity .. No if's and but's here .

Though, there is a difference. US forces are technologically very advanced as well as resourceful, whereas Taliban have to invariably operate under severe constraints and limitations.

Yes. But was not properly planned and/or executed.

This is not medieval era where troops fight with swords and arrows on border areas with no civilians present.

In an irregular, guerrilla warfare in present day, where guns and bombs are the weapons and fighting happens inside the cities; civilians casualties are inevitable.

The attack was intended on NDS building.
