Taliban can't move finger without Pakistan

Fact 1) we will not tolerate a hostile pro-Pakistan govt in A-stan.
Fact 2) unless and until our national security objectives are answered, we will continue to harm Pakistan's interests internationally and in Afghanistan.
Fact 3) without Pakistan, there is no Problem.. With Pakistan there is no solution.

So relevant with regards to India.......seeing their long border, transit routes, massive influence in Afghanistan and all.....and also good luck with that

Sure, but then we dont care about it .. We are Pakistan's eternal enemy and always want to see Pakistan destabilized. Hence the relationship with Afghanistan to keep Paksitan off balance. Atleast thats what most of your esteemed generals and defence analysts say..

Its a matter of perspective.. IN 2001, Afghanistan was virtually a province of Pakistan.. Today, Pakistan is the most hated nation in Afghanistan plus has virtually no say in what Afg as a country is doing.. I think its going well enough..

Are you sure? Karzai begs to differ......also I believe you meant the city state of Kabul not the 'Nation of Afghanistan'. And what is 'Afg as a country doing'?

a lot of members here (Pakistani) feel karzai is not credible. but can you deny the fact he is more acceptable than your own leaders by the rest of the world.

What are the chances of that!?! I mean Karzai, a puppet installed by 'the rest of the world' to fulfill their own agendas and interests, being acceptable by 'the rest of the world'! Very impressive indeed....But still I agree. We should all elect leaders for 'acceptance by the rest of the world'. Why should one care what the Afghanis think....

Sorry to burst your bubble but Chahbahar will be a failed investment. Iran will kick your @$$ as the hypocrite indians backed off from that pipeline. Also the route from Chabahar into Afghanistan consists of difficult terrain & their is insurgents activity in that province of Iran.

Also even if they let you transport your goods the terrain there is difficult with heavy insurgency going on plus you still have to spend money for getting your goods via sea.
