After 9/11 Pakistan and Afghanistan had the choices of either joining the Allied forces or fight with them. Gen. Musharaff took a wise decision to save Pakistan from destruction. The impediment with the Afghans was their Phustoon tradition of not compromising with an aggressor. The end result of Afghans' decision to fight costed them 1 million lives and colossal devastation. Out of their 18 Mig Aricrafts, not a single one could even take off. Out of their 18-20 American supplied Stinger missiles, not a single one could be effective. The American aircrafts flew above the maximum range of 18000 ft. height and did not let any Stinger be effective. Just on the basis of their simple fire weapons and gallantry, they tried to fight against a well equipped superpower. The end result could not be different to what happened in shape of 1 millions deaths and colossal property damage.

This will never work, the amount of transit fees and excessive delivery time, going through multiple nations and tough terrains, is just a dream land.

Afghan holds the card to CPEC future being beyond just China.

How is it going to be expensive?, before it was Tajikistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan and now it will be Tajikistan-China-Pakistan so how is the route going through multiple countries?, and I think the transit fee will be even more cheaper this way because the Chinese are our allies.
