Russia will never have influence over Turkey backed SNA. Turkey will never have influence over Russia backed SAA. Turkey and Russia are regional rivals in the Mediterranean. Turkey will never accept any election result in Russia backed part of Syria. Russia will never accept any election result in Turkey backed part of Syria.
