Sweden to officially apply for NATO in June

Surprised to see that Sweden has announced this decision earlier than Finland. I did not think that Swedes have security threat from Putin, but apparently they think otherwise

One more reason is that they are safer than Finland from a Russian invasion. Because they don't share a border with Russia.
And for Russia, it's more difficult to invade Sweden than Finland.
Finland knows the moment they signup for a NATO membership they will be another Ukraine.

Cool story, bro.

In reality Russians have almost emptied all garrisons near Finland due Ukraine invasion and seeing how their second rate military performs in Ukraine they most definetly cannot mount any kinda second invasion without blundering it. Let's not pretend that Russia is a military superpower... it's not.
