My response was in relation to a news that he has renal failure. If my medical knowledge is upto date, you cant survive in the wilderness without dialysis or peritoneal dialysis. there was also talk of him being in coma. That in my view is bad news for anyone who does not have access to medical attention as he lives in the wilderness.
