Actually no -- that is simply not the case where the operate in Iraq.

Well, from everything I heard, they have their people in Iraq, training and providing logistical support. I don't think I've heard of instances where they let the Iraqis stay and operate out of their cities. Have you?

Are you kidding me -- the leaders of the their proxies lived for decades in Iran -- Sadar used to race back to Iran when the environment got hot.

And, you don't have to look far -- in the 1980s and 1990s Pakistan was peaceful except for the odd blast.
