That our problem if we accept them or not , but we shouldn't stop gays and lesbians from living their lives.

Do you have any idea when the law was made? in the 1800. there are many laws in India today which do not conform with today's India , should they also be enforced?
as to who is stopping them its the cops who harass gays. they should be allowed to live without the fear of cops doing moral policing.

I wouldn't say its religious beliefs alone but our society which creates more problems assuming being gay becomes legal and gay marriages too do you honestly think our society will accept them?

No one's talking about marriage just yeat. In question is only 'decriminalization'. That is amply possible.
