nawaz brought this On himself. At this point he would struggle for a return....

Many cite that the constitution can be amended and indeed it can be but we must be mindful of the limitations and the Parliament cannot pass any law which is in contrary to islam or its principles. The sadiq and ameen part is Islamic law and its amendment can be struck down by the courts citing that this is against islam and of course any such attempt will also piss off the clergy.

This fact is well known to the parliament as well which is why they didn't touch the article despite losing nawaza.

The judgment is very interesting and they highlighted the limitations of the courts and the parliament.

I don't think he will be coming back from this at least not from the front. He may rule in the shadows.

Only logical. A corrupt and looter of national assets, the destination should only be in jail, not back to the seat of power and authority.

Is there any restrictions( in Pakistani constitution) on the number of terms for the office of the Prime Minister ? I think no one should be allowed to be PM for third or fourth term ..maximum term should be two
