اسلام آباد: سپریم کورٹ نے پانامہ لیکس کے معاملے سے متعلق درخواستوں کی سماعت کیلئے لارجر بینچ تشکل دے دیا۔عدالت نے یکم نومبر کی سماعت سے پہلے ہی تین رکنی بینچ تبدیل کر کے لارجر بینچ تشکیل دیا ہے۔
سپریم کورٹ کے پانچ رکنی لارجر بینچ کی سربراہی چیف جسٹس انور ظہیر جمالی کریں گے۔ لارجربینچ کے دیگر ججز میں جسٹس آصف سعید کھوسہ، جسٹس امیر ہانی مسلم، جسٹس شیخ عظمت سعید، جسٹس اعجاز الاحسن شامل ہیں۔
سپریم کورٹ نے بیس اکتوبر کو ابتدائی سماعت کرتے ہوئے وزیراعظم نواز شریف، حسن نواز،حسین نواز، مریم نواز اور اسحاق ڈارسمیت اٹارنی جنرل، چیئرمین نیب اور دیگر فریقین کو نوٹس جاری کرتے ہوئے جواب طلب کیا تھا۔ عدالت کی جانب سے کیس کی آئندہ سماعت یکم نومبر کو مقرر کی گئی تھی، تاہم سماعت سے تین روز قبل تین رکنی بینچ کو تبدیل کر کے لارجز بینچ قائم کر دیا گیا۔
واضح رہے کہ سپریم کورٹ میں عمران خان اور شیخ رشید نے وزیراعظم نوازشریف اور وزیر خزانہ اسحاق ڈار کو نااہل قرار دینے جبکہ جماعت اسلامی کے امیر سراج الحق اور طارق اسد ایڈووکیٹ نے پانامہ لیکس کی تحقیقات کیلئے جوڈیشل کمیشن قائم کرنے کی استدعا کر رکھی ہے۔
عدالت نے معاملہ پارلینٹ کو بھجوانے اور پاکستان تحریک انصاف کا دو نومبر کا دھرنا روکنے کیلئے دائر وطن پارٹی کی درخواستیں ابتدائی سماعت میں ہی خارج کر دی تھیں ۔ سماء

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court has formed a larger bench to hear petitions regarding the Panama Leaks case.

The hearing will take place on November 1, a day before the expected Islamabad shutdown.

The bench will be headed by Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali and Justice Asif Khosa, Justice Azmat Saeed, Justice Ameer Hani Muslim and Justice Aijaz ul Hasan will be part of the bench.

The Supreme Court issued notices to all parties including the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on October 20 as it began hearing five petitions regarding the Panama Papers which have overshadowed political landscape of the country for the last several months.

A three-member bench presided by the Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali heard the petitions including two petitions filed by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf seeking disqualification of the prime minister.

Corruption in Pakistan is rampant in all spheres of Government, Federal and provincial,and public sector entities. No question about it.
Allegation of Corruption is used as smearing tool by one party/person to other party/person. And no body actually want to put an end to this menace: For Example,

--- In 1962 General Ayub Khan was first Martial Law dictator who toppled then Government, citing among other this, Corruption for his deed: No politician was charged or convicted of corruption.
--- In 1970, Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto lead a popular up rising against Ayub Khan (in whose cabinet he was a Foreign Minister), on issues of Inflation, Corruption. No politician was charged or convicted of corruption.
--- In 1977, General Zail ul Haq, toppled the Govt. of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, after agitation of opposition parties, Corruption being the biggest allegation. On Corruption charges, no significant person was charged or convicted.
--- In 1983, President General Zia UL Ha, sent home the Government of Muhammad Khan Junejo, on charges of Corruption, in-efficiency etc. On Corruption charges, no significant person was charged or convicted.
--- In 1990, President Ghulam Ishaq Khan, sent packing the Goverment of Benazir Bhutto on charges of Corruption, Corruption. On Corruption charges, no significant person was convicted.
--- In 1992, President Ghulam Ishaq Khan, again sent packing Government of Nawaz Sharif on charges of Corruption, Corruption, Corruption.....On Corruption charges, no significant person was convicted.
--- In 1996, President Farooq Leghari, sent packing the Government of Benazir Bhutto on charges of Corruption, Corruption........On Corruption charges, no significant person was convicted.
--- In 1999, General Pervaiz Musharraf lead military coup sent Jaddah the Nawaz Shariff, on Charges of Airplane High Jacking, and lots lots of Corruption.On Corruption charges, no significant person was convicted.
---2016, Imran Khan, a stooge of certain elements of "Establishment" with the paid agent of Establishment, Qadri, is hell bent on repeating the history.

Person debating in media, are of course, corrupt either on the payroll of one party or others. Lies are spoken as truths; people with mediocre knowledge and even lower moral values deceive public at large.
As against your perception, We are doing too much to stop this corruption..
You would not find any other example than Pakistan that has 8 Government toppled to stop CORRUPTION in last 50 years or so.

Army is not that interested in panama they got what they wanted i.e Nawaz out of foreign affairs and internal security issues

THey just want no political issues that lead to mass arrests in this time

But we have to keep indicating they are corrupt and we find no other solution than army majorly cuz i think they atleast put somthing in defence we have to make our defence stronger its 5th generation warfare we need someone whos on one page and army is the only organization which is more deciplined.. i would support berucratic setup who have to clean our system for few years who run our diplomacy without any pressure who wont take loans or sell our bonds we dont want to distablize any country in region but we have to take measures who protect our intrests.. these politicians are fail to do so..

Leadership (Politicians+Dictators/Technocrats) has failed the Pakistan in curbing corruption;
When Army takes over it is heavily dependent on technocrats and some 'politicians'; And this formula has failed a number of times, already.
Low pace of economic progress is not due the corruption, but weak/inept and divided leadership; For example (as I ready mention in an other thread) If we could had been able to built 3 Dams (Kala-bagh, Diamer Basha, Bunji) and utilized the full potential of Thar Coal reserves, and Reko-dig/Sain-dek, let say 3 years ago, (and couldn't sole due the inept/divided leadership) real GDP of Pakistan now would have been double from current figure

In my opinion, way forward is stability in country;
Economic activity drives prosperity and; more prosper the country less corruption in country; Corruption is inversely proportional to Prosperity: This is true for most of countries.
Prosperity increases spending in education, health and well being of populace; A well to do person is a stronger person than a poor, can better resist any pressure and is more independent. Prosperity is catalyst to change in society.
