Supreme Court and Various High Court rulings

May I ask you what is the purpose of this thread? Why you want all the rulings to be posted and why you want this thread to be sticky?

1. I want my country men to know what Supreme court and other courts are doing after the restoration of the Judiciary (which they wanted).
2. The reason I want this thread to be sticky is so that we as Pakistani's take interest in court rulings, we never had free judiciary in our Country now when we have so our people should know what the Judiaciary is doing.

Right, everything has a purpose and that is exactly why I asked the question. Don't you think it was a good idea to put a brief reasoning of why you want to start this thread? why you think it is so important? It is important so people could understand your intentions and contribute if they can.

BHC takes suo moto notice of Baloch leaders killing​

QUETTA: Balchoistan High Court (BHC) took the suo moto notice of murder of Baloch leaders.

According to sources, Chief Justice Balochistan Sanaullah Yaseen took the suo moto notice of killing of Baloch leaders and issued notices to opponents.

The notices have been issued to DPO Turbat, DPO Panjgur, SHO of concerned police station and interior secretary.

Earlier, bodies of central president of Balochistan National Moment(BNM) Ghulam Mohammad Baloch, leader of Baloch Republican Party Sher Mohammad Baloch and member of central committee of BNM Lala Munir Baloch were found in Paidarek area of Turbat.

Riots were erupted throughout the province after these killings and protestors set blaze vehicles and damaged properties. A policeman was killed in a firing incident in Khuzdar.

SC will take up missing persons case soon​

ISLAMABAD: Acting Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Javed Iqbal said the case of missing persons will be taken up by the apex court soon.

Talking to newsmen after taking oath, Justice Javed that majority of missing people were recovered on court’s order and the remaining would also be found.

He asked the media to ‘highlight’ the recovery of these persons by the court.

Acting CJP said elimination of corruption is the responsibility of judiciary and nation. Judges should be appointed on merit. He said that Parliament has its own defined-business and the judiciary is not a law making institute.
