Reason Germany is up because of their awesome military. Also their economy is brilliant. They are probably only one who can survive once EU falls. Also their determination to rule the world (see WW1, WW2). They are truly a great country.

Like I said their tech is really impressive but on the other side they dont even have heavy airlifters, any amphibious capabilities or nukes. And they (most Germans) lack the willingness to fight a war since WW2, Hitler, etc...

we can give ranking as per our knowledge. even Napalies say that Nepal is the most powerful country as it is the only country which could never be ruled by others, as even if they dont have good arms, they have army of Gorakhas who may win any war

Do Russia have your so called good crime system ?? Do they have good economy than ours ??
Do britain,germany and france have powerful army than ours ?? R this countries developing at 5.3 % of gdp growth rate ??
And if toilets r taken into consideration for listing you in great powers list, then we are off the list...

2.can't say anything about EU as there economy is in trouble and they are not so unified like once they were
3.china is next thing close to super power as they are catching up way too fast with western countries.there economy is going right way.there military is good but they lack in navy and especially they don't have aircraft carriers.so they don't have this power projection capability.but they do play a vital role in geopolitics on world stage.
4.russia-i think they need to work on economy.they have good military,nevy and airforce.
5.india is a regional soft power.we have good airforce,military and navy but most of our weapons are imported.so we seriously lack in indigenous weapon manufacturing.our infrastructure is not so good.
so we are not super power or great power but just a soft regional power and we should be happy with it.........

Atleast have a economy of 3+ trillion $, poverty less than 30%, PPP of 6+ trillion $, etc etc..
And most important toilets for everyone..
