Nop. Su-35 can serve for another 100 years. F-15 can serve for another 200 years.

Its not fair comparison as F-15X is built much later then Su-35 so they knew what they will be facing and had excess to much advance tech too.

Su-35SM next upgrade gets N036 AESA replacing N035 PESA.

F-16 is cheap supplement to F-15. F-16 didn't even have AIM-7 initially. F-16 wasn't built as a fighter like F-15 was. It's common sense F-15 is far better than F-16 in air to air.

F-15 is basically BVR and long range jet with better payloads to counter the emerging threats of Soviet MIG-25 but not as maneuverable/agile as F-16 and F-16 is a complementary to F-15 just like Su-27/Mig-29 and F-22/F-25 combo @undertakerwwefan
