Suggestion to minimize ongoing Internet degradation and optimized browsing

As you know we are facing internet degradation for couple of days. For you information due to Submarine Fiber optic ongoing maintenance activity we are suffering this issue and it will remain for two weeks.I suggest you to use VPN utilities for better internet browsing e.g Betternet and Browsec etc.
I hope it will 90 percent minimize internet service degradation.

I have opera max on my phone but opera mini and uc without any utility are already super fast the only difference i experience is while loading videos or during downloads

This suggestion is not for better downloading.It is for better browsing and website blockages.

Download and apply this host file to block all useless ads on websites and youtube. The playback will start directly instead of the forced few seconds of ads play..and with more and more ads using flash and graphics they hog a lot of bandwidth and are annoying at best.

How VPNs will improve browsing speed, the routed traffic will ultimately come through the local network only...just curious.

This suggestion is not for better downloading.It is for better browsing and website blockages.

Uc already does heavy cloud compression and is a proxy browser

Forward and Reversed traffic are two different things.
The reverse path will be optimized compared to the allocated path. Our service providers allocate backup to coorporate customers not ordinary customers. For example.
