The Operating System like Windows, Android, MacOS...
Then microprocessors like Intel, AMD, and others...
Even the innocent Elon Musk is also responsible for SpaceX's Starlink is being used by CIA just like the submarine cables.
Huawei 5G is the biggest threat to USA surveillance system, because it's so secure (aka not compatible with CIA surveillance system). And any changes on Huawei devices will be easily get noticed by Chinese government.
And now the rise of AI...

One decade ago started massive HTTPS implementation, do you remember before? All was HTTP, and HTTPS was only to auth (the original purpose).
Wiretapping submarine cables could offer a lot of information before than one decade ago due to that, but since then it's useless, all it's encrypted.
Musk has a lot of free good advertising in Western press, he can't other thing than a CIA asset.

By the other side, a real technology entrepeneur like Bill Gates, he is always attacked by massmedia and paid western trolls. Because he's out of control of USA state, he's a real man, it's not a marketing fake CIA product like Musk or Google.
