I have no reference other than TBP and I will not post it here because they are propaganda front of BLA & others.
But they are claiming that after protest from 8 odd groups (mostly leftist) including BSAC. The government of Sindh has announced that it is lifting the ban on student unions (Bill was passed a month or two ago).
Pakistan as a state needs to comb out bad apples inside most of these organisations.
