The topic has gone way offtopic.
I agree it is getting way off-topic so we can agree to disagree.
Anyway, coming back to topic, the question arises what is in it for both sides?
For India, it gets access to first-rate American and Israeli technology.
For Israel, the answer is a bit more tricky. With all due respect to India, Israel doesn't need India for technical expertise -- they have front row access to the latest American tech. India's economy is a draw, but nothing compared to the much richer demographics in the West and China. Which leaves the military angle. Israel-India friendship really took off during the Kargil war and, since then, the relationship has been focussed on the militaries.
In general, the Israelis don't go for joint ventures. The only other country, besides the US, that they work with is South Africa and that relationship goes back to the days when the two of them were international pariahs.
Why does Israel cooperate militarily with India and not, say, Brazil or France?
Is it all just to 'stick it' to Pakistan? Is it a way to get indirect access to Russian tech?
