After 9/11 America Reconsider the phenomenon of Homeland Security (HS). In Pakistan the area of (HS) are put in frame work by several Security Agencies such as Ministry of Defence (MOD), Ministry of Interior and the agencies work under provincial domain. But it is also fact in Pakistan the security agencies are ill prepared to play their role independently. Even the National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA) and National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) are not able to play their task independently.
It can led me to notify here that in India making it policy for Managing with Terrorism on the bases of appropriate Social Integration in society, and making the Different security levels at different phase and sectors in society such as in province level it can consist on several sub sectors even on specific (Dhoke) security committees.
After the assessment in 2010 for the lack of Counter Terrorism policy in Pakistan in one year Pakistan define is strategy for home land security will be consist on four principals are,
1) Pursue
2) Prevent
3) Protect
4) prepare
This work is one of the best work done by Pakistan for sustaining themselves in the Global War On Terrorism.
