When it suits them they look through the ummah glasses but when not become die hard secular ethno-nationalists.

Biharis have not obtained Bangladeshi citizenship yet. So both are not relatable

Biharis are from Bihar and exist in Pakistan as well. People you are calling Biharis and Pakistanis, are the one being massacred by Mukti Bahini hence, they regret their stay at Bangladesh. There are no Pakistanis stranded.
Pakistan is still hosting large number of Bengalis and most of them don't want to go to Bangladesh given the regime targeted killings of those who opposed separation back then.
