If this is a serious question, here's my answer. No Pakistan does not have the strength to breakup India (India does not have the strength to breakup Pakistan either). I believe that overpopulation will do the job itself, states that have a big overpopulation problem will start becoming a burden on states that don't and internal immigration etc will create resentment amongst the local population. The world is realizing that open borders, big government is inefficient and that view will become prevalent in the subcontinent as well.
