the Anza and Stinger can NOT BE MORE DIFRENT. Anza is a chinese missile stinger is a US missile.
Anza is a dirivitive of the HN-5 which is derived from the SA-7 (Ruski shoulder fired sam)

Thank you very much for finding these specifications. I can't seem to confirm a 15 km range spec on one of the ANZA versions. Am I missing something ? Do you have the specifications which confirm that ?
