Even I respect cows a lot. When I started my strength training program, i need a LOT of proteins. I had to eat steak regularly and drink a lot of milk =D

In all seriousness however , people are free to believe what ever they want.

religion has survived greater hypocrisy and contradiction in the past and most likely will do so again.

There wont be some dramatic event.

Some belife's such as Buddhism , believe is no god per say , but only the belief that life is search for enlightenment.(makes the most sense to me).

In the end people are always people , they can believe what ever they want.

Frankly , when we do find signs of extraterrestrial life , the last thing i want is a debate about religion.
If We found aliens , why they hell would you care what happens to religion at this point.
