Is there such law for Gov SBP? Does he even have a second citizenship to begin with? Residency permits/Aqama/Green Cards etc. don't make you a citizen FYI - there is no oath taking and you loose the status in a given time.
Do you mind sharing images of his non-Pakistani foreign passport - based on the assertiveness of your claims I assume you have them handy or can vouch on your Iman to have seen it with your own eyes in a non-influenced state of mind.

Although, according to Jemimas Cousin - Vicky - he is listed as only Pakistani.

You said he was not a Pakistani citizen and was granted citizenship on some suspicious fast track basis. If Karachi is Part of Pakistan, then he is a Pakistani and a vibrant member of the Muslim Ummah as well. You cannot take away his birth citizenship of Pakistan and the brother hood privilages of Ummah as a Muslim ( the last one you can maybe ...)

Govt may be incompetent, but how does that Make Bakir Raza a non citizen of Pakistan? I will repeat my request here to provide the proof you have or at least vouch on your Iman - if you have any - on it if you even seen such proofs. About “All in good time” - so you will continue with your slanderous campaign about someones nationality without presenting any proof?

Every Pakistani is eligible to apply for a NICOP - the turnaround time is not relevant. If you are eligible - ie have proof of birth in Pakistan and/or to Pakistani parents then - then its your right to get a NICOP. Getting routine things “expedited” in Pakistan is not uncommon. I don't question your iman - I only asked if you can vouch on your claim and state that you have seen proofs of him being a non-pakistani or even a dual citizen; and based on the replies so far its safe to assume you have none, or even have an educated idea. In fact I believe you have’t even thought about which “other” foreign national he is allegedly: German, Canadian, Israeli, Indian etc.

It is illegal. It does not matter if it is Chad or Crimea.

The government has already showcased how it has used NADRA as a political tool when it cancelled its political opponents citizenship and declared him an alien.
