This is the key.. pay 3-4 times the price.. and when the land comes in between something important..
Secondly, Bahria Town management is not government. Land in and around Bahria town was rightfully owned by the villagers and Bahria Town must make appropriate payments to them... if they don't pay them the market price, they should move on to another place..
Bahria town brought land from Sindh gov. Malik Riaz likely paid good amount money to Zardari and co. Its sindh gov responsibility now to pay them if they didn't do so before. Also its Sindh, 90% of land is owned by sardars or Gov like in Balochistan. I doubt villagers who lived there actually owned land legally.
Its like in Karachi where people are living in gov land and consider it their property. See case of Karachi circular railway land but legally they don't own it.
