In many countries, delaying marriage age has many considerations, not foolish traditions.

And it doesn't matter how you say it. The legal age of marriage for women should be determined by women nationals.

In China, some people do not marry in accordance with the legal age and marry secretly. These girls are often barely able to make ends meet as women workers in textile mill. Lack of education prevents them from doing high-paying jobs.

Literally all you need to do is to go to a school and see how many young teens 14 years old or under are dating or show desire for the other gender.

As for 'Child Marriage', do you know how many countries in the world allow minors to marry with parental/judicial consent? ... Over hundred... And most of them are not Muslim countries.

Your perception is twisted. 14 year olds are still starting to explore sexuality. Only a depraved psychopath would think expressing interest in opposite gender is excuse to jump to sex and marriage.
Human psychological and sexual development is just beginning and you want to have sex with them and marry them? They are just getting past the stage where they thought kissing is the biggest thing. Then they learn about more advanced sexuality. A 16 year old can have sex but is still unsuitable for marriage due to the lack of life experience and the body is actively discouraging long term commitments and pushes them to "find their place in society" while displaying courtship behaviour trying to find potential partners.

Depending on the person, a reasonable minimum age for pregnancy can be anything from 16 to 22.

Now, secular countries tend to base their rules on science, and not religion.
In South Asian countries, where forced and arranged marriage is the norm, raising the age of marriage protects both guys and girls.

A secular society will generally allow marriage at an age a person is deemed mentally mature. In my opinion, it is not below 22-25.
Protected sex and relationships below this age is also fine. Since those don't result in added responsibilities.
