Spotted: India's Ratan Tata in
Honda car

Mr Ratan Tata, Why are you driving a Honda car, and not one of your own?

Tata Motors has launched two new cars recently - the Manza Club Class & the Safari Storme. Maybe it's time for Mr Tata to take his own cars out for a spin.

Yeah...so according to some, Honda Accord(it seems from 1st pic) is better than Jaguars & Land Rovers :hitwall:

Of course. Both Jag and Land rover went into financiial problems which is why they were sold off by ford.

Honda never did and it wont be sold to anyone anytime soon. British cars were killed off by Japanese cars long ago.

jaguar and land rover are not technically indian, they are british

What technicality r u teaching mate....which daddy owns it - 'Tata'. So whose company is it really...any guesses ?

Yes, but they are British designed, engineered and built cars. India only writes the checks.

If tomorrow some Indian company bought Boeing, would anyone seriously claim that these were Indian products?

Not only that; the main selling point of these cars is that they are British. BMW is very careful to make sure that the current line of Rolls Royce cars conform to their historic British craftsmanship.

Damn, there goes the logic out of the window. Running into financial problems means the product is not good or the people responsible running the business r not good...go figure it out. Aston Martin sold its stake recently bcz of some 'financial problems' so it must be a piece of trash as well ? Ford India & Honda in India r going through a lean phase for last 2 years whereas Hyundai, Tata & Mahindra r picking up in terms of market share ? Wht does tht imply. As I said, there goes logic out of the window :disagree:

It is his choice to drive whatever he feels like driving . For gods sake why is this even a news !!
Its like the owner of Opera mini is caught using Google chrome :omghaha: Grow up kiddos !!
