Am curious as to why Kuwait is never a part of these. It has good relationships with all GCC members. Am I missing something?
Any recall the last exercise PAF did with Kuwait?

Edit: Looks like Gulf Shield 2018 or 2019 muight have been the last time.

coz at least two of the nations are having Rafale which

or it’s been first time for Qatar to participate outside their
country with Typhoons
my Qs is regarding PAF point of view as they I think have a good experience with Typhoon before too

Qatar sent it's Rafales to the earlier Anatolian Eagle exercise where PAF also participated.
