• he is saying that spacex is bogus & they are trying to fool all of us by trying to prove their worth by showing us CGI made fake videos
• the title is also not correct bcz in middle of the video he diverted the topic towards NASA & flat earth theory & yes probably he believes in flat earth

He is American. His accent is a dead giveaway. It's impossible for a Russian to have that accent unless he was born American.
