oh yeah it is totally possible but there are many powers/forces/people who ll lose everything if this happens,co operation is possible like EU and should happen.

trade barriers should go,they dont benefit pakistan at all and hindu banya may be evil but not doing any dhanda at all is very very evil.

Yea ultimately the infighting within the subcontinent will be the only cog holding it back to its full potential imo. Actually the overpopulation does not help either.

Ofcourwse there is a population crisis. Esp when large majority of the people in south asia live under abject poverty and havent got the basic education. If India had half of its population gone, it would have been catapolted into becoming a 2nd world country like China.

in a cynical way it is true though. Most of the developed nations in the world have had to constantly rebuilt itself through the loss of huge chunks of its population.

the black plague.

What happens after these sort of events is that it allows countries to start fresh with a clean slate. Now I am not saying that the gov needs to go around killing its people lol.

But one has to wonder if other developed nations would have similar problems , had they had similar (uncontrolled) population as India/south asia.
