It wouldn't surprise me. By all accounts, Marcenko was an abrasive character. When you have a bunch of gung-ho type "A" personalities in close contact like that, you're going to get some head-butting going on. Without more info though...

I wouldn't condemn McRaven if this is true. It doesn't mean McRaven was a bad officer then, they just didn't get along!

Adm .McRaven is an amazing officer no doubt he was just against Cdr Marcinko using Team 6 funds for personal benefits.
