Dunno but I sure as hell wouldn't want to be run over by it's track in a freak traffic accident. I think they are making some parts of it from scrap steel and soldering blocks.

Actually won't be surprised if they are just making some movie prop, though the guy who posted it claimed it to be some weird hobby for some people.
