Some people are saying that indian govt. did nothing to evacuate stranded indians in iraq. Acc.to them, it was the effort of kerala govt. that we can rescue our nurse. Please respond to these charges as i couldn't give solid replies.

All the stranded Indian's from Iraq are being evacuated by Government of India. It is extending every possible support to them to make their return possible.

Just visit AAP's Facebook page or Twitter Handler - You'll see Aaptards clamming that it is Bhagwant Maan who got the Indian Nurses & other Indian evacuated from Iraq.

These Idiots are boasting such things for Political Mileage, nothing more than that....It's better to Ignore them....

India is doing all the efforts to get everyone out of Iraq, India send two ships as well to carry them home... I think this is the special case. 46 Nurses were Kidnapped while others are k... So Government had to give focus on this case and get them out quickly.. No would want to make the rescued girls from terrorists to wait... they were given priorty

As a keralite .I can tell you something.
It is because of GoI we got our nurses back.Especially our NSA.Even if the MEA is in front it was NSA that done it behind the scene. For that our govt team consolidated all of it assets and also got help from two major Keralite business men in the middle east.
But we cant ignore our CM and our state govt.It is because of their regular pressuring MEA was always vigil about this case. And finally our malayalammedia .They pressurize our state govt too much.
It was a collective effort.

Kerala government and its chief minister cannot control his own ministry or his state, how is he gonna get 46 nurses released from terrorists??? that too in Iraq..... What a joke!!!!!!!

All That Kerala CM did was requesting PM and MEA to get the nurses released..... Rest is GOI and its agencies.... I think friendly countries in Middle east also helped in this release.....

But we cant ignore their effort .After all they were in Delhi on this case .They always asked about the developments
in MEA.
We keralites know they did all this because they are scared about medias. Our medias was in constant touch with this case.
Ghosh that guy in 'Asianet News' asked too much rush question to Ranesh Chennithala. He was absolutely silent.

Well local news paper reported , when the kidnapping happened 2 nurses were talking to their families, suddenly there was a huge blast and lot of shouting heard, and since then the phone was attended by terrorists... But they were trying to communicate in broken Hindi saying allah will take care dont worry...

Asking tough question is media's job, and in this case you cant blame anyone, and they knows it well too... But once they have a chance to grill a leader, then we all know what happens..... If you ask the same media fellow, tell me a solution... he will be like... Baaa Baa BBa...

We know that.
But since when they were taken to Mosul our media was in constant touch with all latest events. This is something I cant see in our national medias.Even if that NI workers are kidnapped.
That is something that we need to say.

This might be the work of some of parties who want to paint the govt as unresponsive.
Even 2 days ago, Manish Tiwari and few congress people were bad mouthing the govt for doing nothing, and said it was a "lost cause/too late" etc. Also 1 of the nurses is from TN I think, and she are back too.

@sreekumar. The issue was given good coverage on newspapers here, The Hindu,TOI and local Tamil papers covered it well, it was front page top headlines. I dont watch tv, so cant say much about the television media.

.
Even the CM of Kerala meet Sushma about this
Ministry of External Affairs and Indian Embassy in Iraq done superb job
Some AAPtards are even saying that Nurses are in India because of Bhagwant maan effort... What he did for it? THIS

I know that.TN CM Jayalalitha already saw our PM and requested him for help.
You are right one of them is Tamil nurse. But Jayalalitha is too influential and her one visit is enough unlike our CM .

Iam talking about our national media mainly NI media.
They are not interested in the issue of that poor NI construction workers.
