I have been watching pak defence vidoes for a long time, but these videos mostly lack action.
Aircrafts are mostly in clean configuration with no weapons attached. No live fire exercises are shown like in US videos etc. The grand live fire demonstration of 1962 in Jamrud must have been recorded by PAF. It should be shown alongwith others.
In PAF calendars too, aircrafts are mostly clean. It seems these are civilian aircrafts.
It would be interesting to show videos of air-to-air gunnery on target tugs. A few cheap drones can be destroyed by air-to-air gunnery to make some good videos.
Just look at Korean or Vietnam or even 2nd World War, there are numerous videos of live firings of actual war. Rockets attacks, strafing runs, missile firings and live wartime bombings...........we have also fought two wars........where are the videos?
I think that gun camera not only does recording when gun is fired but it works also with rockets. I dont know if it starts recording with missiles firings.....but it shall only record the launch as target is not necessarily direct in boresight......
In the Gulf war, US showed to the Whole world the videos of bombings......they have no hesitation.....they even released the video of recent attack on Pakistani troops.....these videos are a message to the world too showing the military might....
