Because it is different. I already told before. The previous coups made by the army itself, whole general staff, well organized and planne, specially when the times that it had greater effect on nearly everything in Turkey including politics. But this one attempted by a limited group with limited sources within army. That's why military elements are clashed each other and there is no way they could succeed.
