Solution to Syria's war

What I would do in Syria's place:

1. Wire netting with sensors and cameras along all the borders (double, to have a safety zone), starting with the most crucial spots. Deploy an army with choppers and UAVs within reachable distance, with smaller quick reaction teams more frequently.

2. Iran, Russia and China could send 100+k peace keepers to add additional security to towns and/or borders. Also they could provide more choppers and UAVs.

Thats it, if properly executed, terrorists would be squashed quickly, and since new mercenaries entry is denied, war would end in Syria and peaceful life would resume. In free elections Syrians will have a choice to pick whomever they want, elections supervised by UN.

The only thing West and Arabs could do after that is unilateral sanctions (since no universal sanctions will be allowed in UNSC). Syria would do more business to China, Iran, etc. Economy wont be as prosperous, but its VASTLY better than destroyed country, and armed gangs doing genocide of minorities and anyone who disagrees with them, like its happening in Libya.

The west doesn't want any solution, all they want to is add gas to the fire, they want to keep this war going, because Israel benefit from the destruction of Syria, if the West wanted peace, they would of encouraged dialogue long time ago, but instead they support those terrorists they call freedom fighters. Russia, China, Iran all of these nations invited and encouraged dialogue, these nations want peace, but the others want destruction.
