There have been claims as well as real incidents of shooting down drones (different sizes) from both sides for some time. As an example:

Regarding quoting me and blocking you: Mentioning that you quoted me doesn't mean that i took an offense. As for Blocking, i had to clear my ignore list after i became TT as i have to read posts and rate them, i dont think you ever entered that list.
